DECLARATION

I am interested in joining the chit program by agreeing to the existing terms and conditions of the company. In that respect, I am hereby paying an advance amount of Rs. towards the chit that is scheduled to begin onth day of monthyear. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the chit program, that I will comply with the company’s terms and conditions, that I will make the due payments without any lapses. I also understand that the company reserves the right to make amendments to the chit terms and conditions and that I will comply with any amendments made by the company. I agree to make the chit payments due on daily/weekly/monthly . On or before the due date itself. I understand that I will not be entitled to shared interests if I fail to make payments on . The company will only grant the chit amount only on producing satisfactory guarantees for recovering the chit amount in case of any lapse in payment by the applicant, that in the case of lapse in payment, interest will be levied from the due date onwards. In case of a lapsed chit, after the chit term, the chit holder commission will be deducted from the chit amount and the balance amount will be given to the chit holder. In case of a lapse in payment, I understand that interest will be levied from the due date onwards and I hereby agree to all the above stated terms and conditions.
